Thanks for double checking our shipping and return policy! We hope to answer some of your questions and tell you about our process.
Shipping Timelines and Ordering
We ship Monday-Friday and orders placed before 1pm PST get processed and shipped out the same day. We do not ship on weekends.
Orders placed after 1pm PST on a Friday get shipped out the following business day (Monday, excluding holidays).
If the shipment day lands on a holiday when a shipping provider may not accept the package, it will be shipped the next open business day.
Upon a successful order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date provided by the shipping service. We provide the tracking information as soon as it leaves the warehouse. We ask for customers to allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update with the estimated delivery date and progress on the postal service side.
Before finalizing your order, we ask you to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you notice the address in the order confirmation email is incorrect, please contact us immediately via our contact form with the correct shipping information before the product is shipped.
Once the package has a tracking number and is scanned by a carrier, KavaDirect is no longer responsible for your package in transit. Estimated delivery date and package location should be available for viewing via the tracking information. Any questions relating to delays or missing packages should be directed at the carrier first.
Please take into consideration that weather and holidays may affect the time in transit and delivery date, so plan accordingly.
Shipping rates are shown on the checkout page. Once a delivery address is provided, we calculate the shipping costs by taking into consideration: the carrier, weight, dimensions, and destination of the packages.
You will have a chance to review your order before confirming your purchase on the final page of checkout. If the shipping address, products, or price does not match the expected order, you will have a chance to not proceed with the purchase.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Initial purchase of subscription is charged at the time of the order. Orders dictated by the subscription schedule get charged for when the order leaves the warehouse.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the items should be in their original, unused, and unopened condition. Manufacturer defective products also qualify. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number, and reason for return request. Additional instructions will be provided by one of our agents.
If there are any issues with the product upon delivery, please reach out to us. If the product appears tampered with, please do not consume or use the product. We care about your safety and will work with you on a satisfactory solution.
As long as the item is in its original, unopened condition, its can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, or store credit. The items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
