Frequently asked Questions

Products are shipped within 24 hours, and a tracking number is sent via email once it’s shipped. 

Products typically get delivered within 2-4 business days throughout USA.

The tracking information typically shows the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date if the product is in its original un-opened packaging.

If the product has not yet shipped, please reach out to us via our contact form on the right as soon as possible. We may be able to catch it before it leaves the premises.

Please reach out to us and we will work on sending out a replacement or a refund.

A lost package after it has been shipped is also a loss for us. We prefer if we could send a replacement rather than a full refund as it helps us minimize our losses as well. Your understanding is appreciated.

We email tracking information when the product has shipped. Until it is shipped, you will only have received an email with the receipt.

If over 24 hours has passed and you haven’t received an email.

Please do the following :

  1. Check Spam folder
  2. Order details in your account to ensure the email was typed correctly.
  3. Email us if the above two did not suffice.

Currently we are only shipping within USA.

We do not ship internationally.


However, if you placed multiple orders, the packages will come separated by order number.
